I’m a Turkish-born artist based in Australia working across moving image, conceptual art, and photography. My practice explores the emotional residues of masculinity, memory, and migration—shaped by a culture of emotional restraint, years in military school, and a longing for intimacy. Drawing from Sufi philosophy and decolonial approaches, I create poetic, ritual-based works that invite collective vulnerability and emotional repair. Through slow, intimate encounters with people and place, I aim to reimagine what it means to witness, to feel, and to be in relation.
